Usually, in compact filters, we choose to use cartridge for air dedusting. The advantage we achieve, is the larger filtration area. The cleaning process of the filter bags achieved with short pulses of pressure air.
The cleaning proceeds either in fixed time intervals or according to the pressure loss.
A disadvantage in these filters is that they are not amenable to high temperatures and that the cartridges are expensive.
